Project Description
In the summer of 2023 we were commissioned to develop a new build double storey garage, gym and swimming pool at the site of a Grade II listed property on Rodney Street in Liverpool City Centre. The proposed garage, located in the rear hardscaped garden, facing Pilgrim Street, will blend seamlessly into the street scene at a single storey outbuilding. Beneath the Pilgrim Street Ground Level, the existing garden space will be converted into a private retreat with a swimming pool and fully equipped gym.

To demonstrate the quality and subtlety of the design, we create before and after images to demonstrate how seamless the proposed building would knit into the Pilgrim Street street scene and the wider Conservation Area
