Project Description
Over a period of 3 years across 2 separate phases, we have been commissioned to secure planning approval and assist in the delivery of a complex project to convert and subdivide an existing Mansion house into 13 self-contained flats. The site is in a very green suburb on the edge of Princes and Sefton Park within the Princes Park Conservation Area, making it a great location for this project targeted at young professionals.
The scale and massing of the building remained the same with some significant repairs and enhancements . As a consequence of the proposed refurbishment, the building quality was designed and delivered in compliance with the Building Regulations and replacements of external windows and doors were undertaken as required.
