Project Description

We are thrilled to have the opportunity to reimagine part of the iconic Rapid building on Renshaw Street. This rich piece of the city's history is currently serving as an office, and in 2023 we attained planning approval transform it into a distinctive 24-bedroom hotel. The intervention remains true to the existing building while offering contemporary sophistication that hotel guests will enjoy.
