At 7B Lowther Street we’ve been commissioned to design and assist in the delivery of the conversion of an existing coach house (currently used as a storage unit) to a 4 bedroom HMO. The development is on the edge of the city centre and is targeted at the rental market for young professionals. The design includes parking for 2 cars, a dedicated utility, a kitchen/living area, 2 bathrooms and 4 double bedrooms.
