Work in progress: Howlish House

Howlish House is a very exciting project in Teversal, a small scenic village in the Ashfield district of Nottinghamshire. The site features an existing house on the grounds of a 0.4 hectare site, consisting of the existing main house and 2 existing outbuildings. Our proposals seek to demolish the existing ‘Howlish House’ that is of an extremely poor layout and retain the two existing outbuildings.

The new development will feature a new main house with a central feature glazed core and two farm-like structures built in stone and timber. The new house will then be connected to one of the existing outbuildings which will act as an annex, creating a gym. The other existing outbuilding will be accessed across a courtyard and will be retained as a garden shed.
