Planning Approved: Church Conversion

After a Virtual Planning Committee with Liverpool City Council, Planning permission has been granted to for the conversion of the existing Our Lady of Good Help Church building to 9 apartments. The development consists of seven spacious 2 bedroom duplex apartments and two smaller 2 bedroom apartments. The conversion is enabled by a number of internal and external works that includes:

  • The insertion of 24 new rooflights to draw light into the new apartments.

  • Removal of front boundary wall and insertion of 6 parking spaces accessed directly from Chestnut Grove

  • Creation of new winter gardens
